Brian Dye, Legacy Director

Brian desires to be part of a national movement of disciple-making and church planting in urban centers of America. He serves as the Director for The Legacy Conference and is also an elder of Legacy Christian Fellowship, a church planting movement seeking to launch a house church in each of Chicago's 77 neighborhoods by 2020. He has served as Mentorship Director at GRIP since 2011. Brian has been married to his best friend and ministry partner, Heidi, since July 2000.

Jackie Hill-Perry, Legacy Coordinator

Jackie has been in ministry since 2008, performing spoken-word poetry across the country. Her popular poems, “My Life As A Stud,” and “A Poem About Weed,” have garnered more than half a million views on YouTube alone. Before she was a poet, the Lord rescued Jackie from a life of sin at the age of 19, and she has been using her gifts to point others to this same Savior ever since.  Jackie's role is to support, empower, and encourage GRIP's female mentors.

Joseph Solomon, Legacy Coordinator

Joe started chaseGodtv in the living room of his Houston apartment, with the desire to show Christians practical ways to understand and live out the faith. Many of the topics come from his own personal experiences filtered through a biblical worldview. He knew that he was not perfect himself, so the only way to teach other imperfect people how to strive for perfection was to point them to Someone who already embodies that. Every webisode is an attempt to approach common struggles and questions through the lens of the Gospel of Christ.

Mike Spataro, Production Guru

A jack of many trades, Mike worked at a production company for 12 years as a sound engineer, video editor, graphic designer, and production manager. He has been the production manager for the Legacy Conference since 2009, and joined GRIP's staff in August 2011 with the desire to use his creative talent in full-time ministry. Born and raised in Chicago, Mike is an avid Chicago sports fan. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Diane, and they have two handsome sons, Michael and Noah.

Christina Trina, Administrative Nerd

Growing up an army brat, she started forging her Chicago(land) roots at Northern Illinois University, and with a B.A. in accounting, she worked for years in public accounting and the alternative investment industry. After a two-year stint in sunny California, Christina’s affinity for the people and city of Chicago beckoned her to return to the city and to join GRIP's staff in April 2012. Christina loves food, riding her bike to work, the color green (closely rivaled by ocean blue), ice cream, and the company of her close friends.
